Plumbing in a Hari Pty Ltd - Service Terms
1. Scope of services
These terms apply to services provided by Plumbing in a Hari Pty Ltd (ABN 93 629 510 756). Specifics of each engagement are set out in the quote and any signed work order, which together with these terms form the agreement.
2. Quotes and pricing
Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote and reflect the scope and conditions described at the time. Variations to scope, materials, or site conditions may result in price adjustments, which will be communicated before the work proceeds.
3. Cancellation and rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked job, please tell Plumbing in a Hari as early as you can by phone or email so the time can be offered to someone else. Any notice period or deposit that applies to a particular job is set out in the quote.
4. Payment terms
Payment terms, including any deposit and the timing of the final invoice, are set out in the quote or invoice for the job. Accepted payment methods are confirmed when you book.
5. Workmanship and warranties
Statutory consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law apply to our services and cannot be excluded. Manufacturer warranties apply to products supplied and installed. If you have a concern about completed work, contact us and we will work through it with you.
6. Site access and safety
Please make sure we can safely reach the area where work is needed, and tell us before we arrive about anything that could affect safety, such as hazards, pets or restricted access. For some jobs, an adult may need to be present.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the cost of resupplying the services or having them resupplied. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Privacy
Plumbing in a Hari Pty Ltd collects and handles personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and our Privacy Policy. See /privacy.
9. Social media
Plumbing in a Hari Pty Ltd runs public social media pages, and the pages it is responsible for are the ones linked from this website. Material posted to them by anyone is not endorsed by Plumbing in a Hari Pty Ltd, carries no warranty as to accuracy, and may be removed without notice if it is unlawful, abusive, misleading or unapproved commercial content.
